Our English class encompasses many themes and activities. The themes are student centered and relative to student experiences so that students can access prior knowledge and participate in discussions. They include Science, Social Studies and Health lessons. Students watch a short video or literature is used to introduce, teach and reinforce the theme. Students work on handwriting, answering questions, tracing, cutting, art projects, science experiments, use of capital letters, parts of speech.
